Cancel Policy

All of our products cannot be cancelled once shipped. If your order is unpaid, you can easily cancel your order on our website. If your order has been paid, you can contact our customer service email to cancel your order. We cannot guarantee any request to cancel or modify an order once production has already begun.

Return Policy

We encourage you to go on a thorough check-up when you receive the package to ensure the items are the ones you have specified.

If the item failed to arrive or arrived broken, damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days from the delivery date.

All Elite Lighting orders require Processing Time to ensure manufacturing and quality standards are met before being shipped right here in Queensland, Australia. Your order will be shipped with available tracking details. Please allow up to 15-20 business days for Processing Time.

Please Note:

Processing Time is calculated from the time the order is paid. You will recieve an Order Confirmation email after payment.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with tracking details.
