At Elite Lighting, we endeavour to ship your order as quickly as possible so you can sooner enjoy your purchase. Once shipped, we will provide you with tracking details so you can keep up to date with the progress of your delivery.

Once your order is submitted, we will send you an Order Confirmation email confirming we have received your order.
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking details. Please ensure your delivery details are correct before submitting your order. Please allow 2-4 weeks to receive your order from the time of purchase.

Return Policy
Elite Lighting prioritises product satisfaction. We endeavour to ensure all products are of acceptable quality and standard to ensure you are content with your purchase.

If your Elite Lighting item arrives faulty, defective, missing parts, or the item is incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Please provide photos of the item and a brief explanation of the problem. If we require the return of a product, we will cover the cost of the return.

If your Elite Lighting item has been lost during shipment please contact us within 30 days of this information being available.
The type of remedy offered will depend upon the circumstances. We will endeavour to resolve any item issues collaboratively with you to ensure you're satisfied with the outcome. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure. You are also entitled to have the item repaired or replaced if the item fails to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Damage occurring during your own handling and transportation of goods from a Click & Collect pick up location

Minor variations in dimensions, colour, grain or finish

Minor imperfections or superficial blemishes
